Players should be fined for completely legal hits? Adolf Hitler could have made that play and it shouldn't draw a fine.

I don't think it should have drew a fine, however the rule says you cannot launch yourself into a player. What he did was very borderline lauching, but if you watch the replay he did lead with his head and project forward.
I say 9 out of 10 DL's don't get fined, but Suh has put himself in a select company.
