Doesn't completely solve the ailments of College Basketball but seems like a step in the right direction.

frick that. Make it a 24 second shot clock and extend the three point line.

This will be good. Implement the reduced shot clock, extend the three-point line, fix these fricking refs (somehow), and I'll feel much better about CBB.

College 3pt shooting is bad enough as it is. Extending the line would produce comical results.

People have swallowed the narrative that the shot clock was the problem. It wasn't.
30 seconds isn't a huge change, so luckily it may not destroy the game.
Put me down as someone who can appreciate a team slowing the game down and shortening the game. Also, put me down as someone who doesn't want to see the game devolve into a high pick and roll 7 out of 10 times down the court because of a limited shot clock.
To me, the best way to improve the play in college basketball is to severely restrict the times that a player can draw a charge. Unless an advantage is gained (push off, etc.) or a player is firmly planted in good defensive position, the call should be a block. Right now, every school in the country are using player control fouls as a way of turning over the offense. That's bad to watch. Instead, make teams actually play defense and allow teams to drive and finish at the basket without fear of the charge. That is exciting. And, that is the biggest problem with college basketball, IMO.

Yea Wisconsin running around in a high motion offense for eternity is so entertaining! Pass pass pass oh let's lull them to sleep with the help of the shot clock.

I hope you are trolling
Is it THE problem? No
Was it a major issue? Hell yes. If you can't see how much better the 30 second shot clock was after they used it in the NIT you are clueless.
Really seems like you didn't watch the NIT to see how much more flow the games had.
yea, you be clueless

Definitely a step in the right direction. Now need to bring back the free range of motion to offensive players, do something about block/charges, and get rid of the one and done.

Should be 28, but I guess this is a step in the right direction.

Fix the timeouts. I've been saying this for years.
Having the final minute of a close game drag on for 20 is a problem.

Same thing happens in the NBA with the refs checking the monitor after seemingly every possession.
