Orlando: Skiles
Chicago: Hoiberg
New Orleans: Del Negro

Thibs sits out a year, decompresses, and waits for the perfect opportunity.

All the scuttlebutt has Orlando going after Skiles, which makes no sense to me personally. Sticking that young/ talented team with that retread = .

Could def see thibs sitting out and taking over in LA next year.. Or they may even fire Byron Scott and let him take over now. That could be the coach being fired that no one expected

From what I've heard is he'll be great for the first couple years and then everyone will hate him. Wouldn't be all that bad for Orlando. He could get them above .500 then they can bring in a closer a la Kerr to take them to the next level.

He can't be any worse than the disaster that was the Jacque Vaughn era but I was/am really holding out hope to see what Thibs can do with such an energetic & interesting roster. He would absolutely get them to the playoffs next season.

That's a direct take from a tweet from Bob Voulgaris, but I thought you dismiss most of what he says.

Why haven't they secured that yet? I've heard many people suggest that, but if they were going to do that, would they have done it already?

If Thibs just put more effort into coaching offense, hes probably still coach of the Bulls.

You could say the same about JVG and the Rockets.
