The man was one of the best pitchers in baseball, then proceeded to go like .370, 55HR and 150RBI for a decade.

If you want to pick a Yankee, you missed the obvious one.

Pick up the bat Ruth used & do what he did. There's a youtube video of a guy using diff players bats. Ruth's was a log. 36" 50 ounces!

Jeter gets shite on a lot. He was never the best, most athletic SS during his MLB career, but he was solid/clutch.

This man never had a losing season.
(Only player ever)

He had a vote of 99.7% for the Hall of Fame.
(2nd highest % All Time behind Mo)

He’s ranked 6th in MLB History for hits.
(Over 20,000 have played in MLB)

He won 5 Gold Gloves, 5 Rings, and has the most postseason hits ever with 200. That’s 72 hits ahead of the second player.

Career .310 lifetime batter (20 seasons) and career .308 in the postseason.

He was class and gave everything he had on and off the field.

The problem is that Lynn Swan had two spectacular catches in the Superbowl. You have to credit NFL films for his HOF induction and the fact that he did TV for awhile (college football) and you know.
