No. Best deep threat, maybe. Overall WR, no.

I'm pretty sure you didn't intend for this to actually become a discussion about the greatest WR of all time.

Probably the most valuable to his teams though

He made Jeff George and Randal Cunningham look like all world QBs in the twilight of their careers. Also convinced people that Culpepper was an all pro caliber QB.

Even though he was primarily used as a deep threat, he was that dominant where you'd have to place him in the upper echelon of WRs all time.

Michael Irving might have retired with all the records

You could triple the number of TD's Irvin had, & it would still be less than Jerry Rice. Add Calvin Johnson career receiving yards to Irvin's and you get Jerry Rice.

No.

The only position there is absolutley no debate on is RB, because Jim Brown was that amazing.

Michael Irving and Tony Aikmen were a great combo indeed. Good point Marciano1. They were just hitting their stride with Aikmen took those blows to the head and Irving got hurt.

It's Rice. He was talented but more so he ran GOAT routes, had phenomenal hands, and an ungodly work ethic. Oh and he holds like 10000000000000 records.

IMO of course.

Take Art Monk off to put Tim Brown on
Bilitnekof and Maynard are an argument you can have
Carter is fringe but is getting more love as he gets older.
