Fox isn't inventive enough to do so. He's stuck in his old ways which will lead him to get fired (again) in a few years.

meh...no superbowl winning team in history has ever been "inventive" enough to use a run first qb

Hoge talks like a HOF and was as stated a average FB! My comment about him talkin like that is the truth, if you think otherwise your fooling yourself. He can't see into the damn future and see what Tebow will be doing, but acts like it. Irvin and Smith have nothing to do with it, there just 2 guys that express themselves in idiotic ways, Faulk, Primetime, Steve Young are examples of guys that do a good job with analyzing things the correct way!

Omfg dude Hodge quit talking about the freaking Broncos backup QB. Is that your only sthick?

This is my only real problem with Hoge. It seems like every week now he's got a fricking segment about how Tebow sucks. Obviously Merrill isnt going to change his mind based on some fricking pre-season game.

Well that's not his fault. ESPN tells him to come on and talk about Tebow so he does it. It's not like it's his talk show and he keeps bringing Tebow up.

Merril Hoge is a washed up former fullback who is a bitter middle age frick who needs to let go of acting like people 1. Remember his play days or 2. Take his opinion as expert analysis.

Seriously a former fullback from the late 80's is trying to say that Tim Tebow can't hack it? Really? Also, John Fox kept Jake Delhomme around as long as possible. Tells you all you need to know about his ability to judge quarterbacks.

I know. Let the guy get some actual game time and suck it up and then you can pop your mouth off if you feel like it. Dont bash the kid who hasnt done anything wrong yet.

How does he talk like a hall of famer? He's never once said he was a great hall of fame player. You seem to be saying you can't believe what he says because he wasn't a hall of fame player, which is stupid.

I'll give you Faulk and young being good, but primetime? I'm not so sure about that one.
