Like I said. Fairly rational for MSB NBA posters haha.

At least there isn't any major derailing of the thread/ petty back and forths going on for pages at a time

Ain't gonna lie I wanted Melo as a Rockets fan but I think this is a weird fit. Russ dominates the ball. George and Melo, especially Melo, need the ball in their hands. They have talent. We will see how they fit. Still think they are a 4 seed.

definitely a weird fit. But OKC's offensive identity is Russell Westbrook one-on-five. Houston's identity is spacing and shooting. I think it'll be an easier transition for OKC than it wouldve been for Houston.

But that doesn't guarantee it'll work

Not really. Instead of Boom trolling and going back and forth with other MSB posters, it's other MSB posters in here trolling and pretending like Boom is here.

It's pretty incredible that Boom's trolling is so potent that people are trolling against Boom's ghost in here.

Not really. We are just laughing at boom. BUBBA!!

The knock on okc all year was "they only have Westbrook, no other scorers to help when he needs a blow, etc"

Add two of the best scorers in recent NBA history and now it's "not gonna work, not enough balls to go around"

How is Melo still a star? He was a stud 10 years ago but don't see his value here

Who cares? NBA is the most boring of all pro sports. Even golf is more exciting.

Not only are you the 131st reply, but you took the time to respond to a thread about a sport that apparently nobody cares about.

NBA is the best product of all the major sports at the moment and is setting itself up to be that for a long time.

I love the NFL but the NBA is right there with it for me. What the NBA does better than any other sport is make it a year round deal. You have the season, playoffs/finals, then draft, summer league, free agency... you have like maybe a month of quiet time. They also market their superstars better than any other sport.

All of these moves are gambles.

PG13 + Melo on OKC is

CP3 on Houston

Butler in Minnesota

Kyrie + Gordon in Boston

The Warriors have forced everyone to go for broke.
