ESPN interviewed #701 ranked Dmitri Tursunov..

Let's have a tennis match between Tursunov and Serena and that would shut up all of the women who want to say that Serena is the best tennis player ever including all of the greatest male tennis players.

Christine Brennan is now going to write an article saying Mac is sexist for saying a woman can't beat a man in tennis.

I am not a gender - I am an athlete!

Of course Murray would smoke her. There's a big difference between Serena playing Murray and Serena playing the 700th ranked player on the men's side. That said, McEnroe is absolutely correct. And I think McEnroe saying 700 is being pretty generous. Three's a ton of guys ranked 1000 plus playing at the top levels in college who would beat Serena.

Quite generous.

It's tough to make a living playing tennis if you're outside the top 750, give or take. But are there more than 750 males that could beat Serena at tennis? Yes.

Women need to give up this faux sports outrage.

You can't fool the public just because you want it to be so. You're not equal in the realm of sport. WNBA sucks and people only follow women's soccer when the Olympics and WC roll around just to wave a flag and be rah-rah USA.

And for Serena to say: Mac's comments "aren't factually based" is even more absurd. Considering ESPN SJWs and female sportswriters live in make-believe land.

I'm pretty sure I just heard Cowherd say the boy's HS javelin record is farther than the women's Olympic record

I don't understand why women get upset by this stuff.

I hope y'all are tuning into Mad Dog Russo today, because it's one of ten best episodes I've ever heard. He is DESTROYING these morons about this argument.

He's also crushing NPR. It's absolutely spectacular radio.

Cowherd and Russillo destroyed it too.

I'm pretty sure it's just liberals being upset that men tend to be better at sports than women.

He's going to have McEnroe on at 4:05 CDT. Recorded earlier today I believe.

In her prime Chris Evert was asked the same question about playing men. She said "My brother is not a professional tennis player. I've never beaten my brother at tennis."

I was pretty surprised when I heard the audio today. McEnroe wasn't demeaning at all, and he kind of got baited into it by the NPR host. This is such a non-story.

Silly McEnroe, genders don't play sports, athletes do

And that they don't need commercials to tell you that.

I feel like just saying it makes people more upset than it actually being true. As if it's some elephant in the room.

I mean, it's not gender politics, it's just biology. I believe pretty much everyone gets that, but I suppose there's always something else to be mad about.

Definitely. I love how combative those CBS women were and Johnny Mac wasn't phased at all by it.

I didn't watch it, but I assume he just looked at them and said, "Oh, you cannot be serious...?"

but seriously one asked if he wanted to apologize and he matter of factly said no.

the other asked him where he would be ranked in the world and he said 1200. The question in text dont sound too bad but you had to see their little smugness about how they went about it to get the full grasp.
