Beaver Stadium as well. A lot of schools now allow you to basically tour the stadium. One of my favorite ways to kill time

I've been to Rutgers many times. By far the weirdest campus (well, weirdest 4 campuses in the same town) I've been to.

WVU is not downtown Morgantown like the rest of main campus.

Its next to the hospital it can be a bitch to get to.

UAB

Campus is on the south(east) side of Birmingham, Legion Field is several miles away in the ghetto on the west side.

Using an NFL stadium doesn't count- these are university run stadiums that aren't located on the main part of campus, but several blocks away

Why woudld it not count?

Miami is the main one that people point to as their problems but its not. It is the problem for every Southern private school, where the majority of their students come from out of state and have for so long. If they are not extremely successful then it is very hard for people in New York, California, Illinois and everywhere else to take a daily interest, or even a yearly interest.

Navy's (small, but very nice) stadium is off campus.

Yes, in my opinion one of the most underrated and best football coaches in all of football. He has done a great job and really for people that do not know, the hardest job in FBS college football, outside of the pacific northwest small schools. But even then I could see Wyoming, Utah State when they are bad, or Hawaii making cases as easier to win at.

Still not on campus

It's not even 300 yards from the Law school which is on the main campus. The Brazos is between it and the stadium but Baylor owns the land from I-35 to Hwy 77, seems to me it's on campus. My daughters Dorm is on the far SE side of campus and we walk to the stadium in less than 10 minutes.

They are also looking into playing at a new stadium by the BJCC. That is better, but still not on campus.

Also USF, Temple, and Memphis play off campus.

Colorado State's stadium is out in the middle of nowhere...and I mean out in the middle of nowhere! It is Completely detached from the school and city of Fort Collins. They are currently building a brand new on campus stadium which is going to do wonders for their program, game day atmosphere and attendance. This might make them MUCH more attractive for a potential Big 12 invite!

Current Stadium:

I do not think it be very wise IMO. I think the Big 12 would get more our of adding UCF and Cincy.

People need to get off the UCF train. They are NOT a P5 program. Have you seen their attendance this year? Its abysmal. UCF is a commuter school with no real established fan base. Colorado State is a MUCH better university all around. Their mens and womens basketball has been really good, as well as womens volleyball. UCF doesn't really bring anything to the table. CSU would get the Big 12 back into the Denver market which it has lost with Colorado's move to the PAC 12. Colorado St IMO is one of the safest moves for the Big 12 to make. The Big 12 should only choose between:

Colorado St
BYU
Cincinnati
Memphis

All 4 of those schools expands the footprint, keeps you somewhat geographical, adds all around quality programs and brings in legit fan bases. UCF does NONE of that.

Colorado State would be good, and geographically not bad. Big issue with BYU is the not playing on Sunday thing, would be an issue for many of the other sports.
