Maybe Making the playoffs and getting swept by golden state. What a great accomplishment. What a great franchise. only a pels fan would be proud of now having a chance to just make the playoffs. Again posters like you are better served staying on pels talk where you and your kind can enjoy each others company in cluelessness.

Boom did you predict Gordon winning the 3 point contest?

I thought you did sort of as a joke back when we were all talking about Gordon as the 6th man.

I agree with the baggage that DC brings has me concern but we were not going to win with the part we had.

If AD and DC can play up to the potential this will be great. Maybe together the can figure out how to lead a team.

I really cannot fault DC for not being able to Lead the Kings. I do not think anybody could go there ad lead them. Not saying that DC does not have issues. We are about to find out if this can work or not.

Gordon is probably the best 3point shooter in the NBA who doesn't play for GSW. not a surprise at all that he won. He's gonna win 6 man o the year too.

I would rather make the playoffs now that we have DC. This could be something to build on.

This trade helps revitalize some excitement in the team, if them make a good run and compete in the playoffs it might help them sign a decent FA.

Making the playoffs before the trade was not going to help the Pels.

I was happy for him and it was cool he was able to do it in New Orleans. I wonder if he can most improved and 6th man.

Greek freak is a lock for most improved. Gordon isn't necessarily a most improved kinda guy he just has better teammates and organization around him. He's always been pretty good.

Well then why'd he even bring up Dwight then? typical peltard IMO.

Post Orlando, he's had the same red flags that cousins has that you're constantly yacking.

This is going to be a work in progress.

Have to figure out how to play AD and Boog together, how to stagger minutes, have to completely change both offensive sets and defensive alignments.

It is going to be a big adjustment for the Pels, I expect them to struggle early and get better as the season goes on.

No. no he didn't. Dwight lead a team to the finals. Proof is in the pudding with D12. cousins and Davis have like 10 seasons between them with what one winning season combined you couldn't find 2 guys who have been more failures at leading teams to wins if you tried.

There's going to be an adjustment period, fully expect that.

Not even expecting the potential, but it's going to be exciting to see if it works or not.

So at no point post Orlando Dwight was considered a head case, not a leader, or cancer.

Okay.

Even with an adjustment period I expect the Pelicans will control the boards and get in the bonus early, and put their opponents in foul trouble. That may mitigate any early chemistry issues.

Moore has been having a great year and now will get full starter minutes.

Pels prob won't even make the playoffs TBH. And if they do GSW will steam roll them in 4.
