I have been a fan of the Dallas cowboys my entire life (30 yrs). I've stuck with them through thick and thin. My whole family is huge Cowboy fans too. But now I'm at a crossroads. Jerry Jones has almost done me in. I don't understand how he can be so blind and stupid to not have the absolute best of the best running this once proud franchise.

Because of this I am considering changing teams. I am not a bandwagon fan at all. I actually hate people that jump from team to team. So my options I guess is to A) quit watching NFL and support no one B) be a fan of the game (NFL) as a whole or C) change teams. D) hope Jerry dies soon

Where were you when Jones first bought the team and quickly turned them into 3-time Super Bowl Champions? You won more Super Bowls in 4 seasons than most teams have ever. STFU and be thankful.

I remember coach Landry in the late 80's and when we started to go down then. That's the earliest I remember. I agree but at the same time damn its frustrating to be mediocre at best for the past 20 yrs

How does one change teams exactly? How can you just start being interested in the Chiefs, Rams or Texans? You force yourself?

It's something you grow up into, otherwise you're just watching.

Don't be a punk arse. Jerry isn't the cause of this mess it's Steve and Ivy League.

Jerry fricked the cowboys up we he and his ego ran Jimmy Johnson off.

I would say the current GM is the biggest problem.

Jimmy wouldn't still be there and Steven has taken the day to day control but Jerry is the mouthpiece and face still.

Ivy League is a horrible manager of the game and its been proven multiple times.

I feel for ya.

Serious I loved the Cowboys of the 70's. Great team led by a great coach and QB. I miss the GOOD OLE DAYS of the NFL. Todays NFL SUCKS compared to the 70's and 80's.

Until I moved to CO I was a Redskins fan so you can imagine what I thought of the Cowboys.

But you are right, the NFL of the '70s & '80s was a better product.

I loved the Redskins of the early 80's. Riggins in 82-83 was just a machine.

This isn't an option. Other teams may be desperate for fans, but not for ex-Cowboys fans

At least if you go to the games, you get a great big TV screen to watch them suck up close.

I loved Jurgensen. A beer drinking, woman chasing, gun slinging QB.

You know he had to drive Allen nuts.
