Barbe also held Wm to 21 points so not as big a difference but the big difference is west Monroe is not as good as last year And barbes offense is a year older lets see if it changes the outcome I can't wait for this game. Been to two great games there this year evangel an acadiana hopefully I get to see another classic

Yeah I'm not seeing what logical argument could be made for this statement. There was no controversial call or anything. shite the only problem either coach had with the officials was that Roth though the first half went by too fast

WM lost 2 games last year too. Damn near everyone returned except the DE's and Bubba Reeves as well as a couple OL. Cameron Robinson, the #2 junior in the nation was added. WM is better this year IMO, especially on offense. The offense last year relied on the defense too much. This year WM can score from anywhere. Look for WM to pound the ball and keep Quinn and Smith on the sidelines.

Mandeville played at West Monroe in Semis last year & played them tough. (had ball down by 6 in W.Monroe territory with 6 mins left in game).
Everyone of the defensive starters this year played in that game (9 were starters). Coach Lecompte had to replace 9 starters on offense. Now both sides are clicking.
Not predicting anything but don't sleep on Mandeville.
If Lecompte isn't Coach of the Year something is wrong.

okay Mandeville has never been there and it'd be a good story, but if they represented NOLA it'd be a beatdown in the Dome.

Rummel's been going to the Dome ever since they skulldrug St. Aug on that 3rd quarter drive

If Rummel doesn't win this year, all hope is lost.

THey have some things that will give ND fits.... Notre Dame will need to rush for 300 to beat them....and not let EF get ball last....in striking distance.. PBS had a lot of trouble stopping ef..

ND has a legit short passing game which is something they have missed in recent years. This compliments their run game. If EF isn't disciplined on the edges ND could very well run for 300 with 400 yds of offense. They also play incredibly disciplined defense. I can probably count on my fingers the number of missed tackles they have had all year (yea I saw every game they played but two).

No doubt Beckwith will give anyone fits......but if ND can get hands on him he will go down. I'm pretty pumped to see this game with an opportunity to get at PBS in the dome.

Damn hardly no love for what barbe has done this year in a tough district who over the past 5 years or so has had a finalist and for there amazing offensive talent I know west Monroe usually has there number in the playoffs but dang. Like I told the parkway Guy Barbe will score 35 you better hope Wm capitalizes on turnovers (barbe does commit t.o.) to win this game crowd will be packed and that junoir class is on a mission for collection.g state championship rings in baseball and football

Sure. Not a great one, but yes.

PBS, to their credit has found a way to win each week. However, without Beckwith playing EFEL played them close for 3 quarters and may have even had a second half lead at one point.

Brusly (who lost to Livonia) was beating PBS in the first round and let it slip away (or PBS finally woke-up).

Either way, David Brewerton is a great coach and in Pointe Parish there is tons of talent! Right now anyone in the parish can go to Livonia and be eligible so they are getting some good athletes that 10 year ago would be at PCC.

As long as Brew is at the helm, I can see Livonia staying deep in the play-offs for years to come.
