Dutchtown usually live tweets the game. There’s an Eatel YouTube channel usually live streaming an AP game.

They should be streaming at least one of the Dutchtown games, if not all of them. Highly doubt they go to Lake Charles. They do go to some road playoff football games though, and they use to go to Sulphur for softball, to be replayed on channel 4 the following week. I wish they would go to LC to livestream STA. Our games should be live-streamed on Duckroost Sports though.

Dutchtown not really catching a break with Haughton getting knocked out. Central was top 6 two weeks ago, I believe. They must have slumped in the last two series.

Yeah Central is better than their record and seed. Haughton would have made it easier for Dutchtown, but I think the Griffs can beat Central.

As long as they throw strikes, they’re pretty good. That was an issue against Dutchtown, lots of walks. They’re both going to Nicholls.

I saw most of the series on Facebook and YouTube. I’ve seen about 3-4 of their games this year online.
Their 1-2 pitching combo is tough to beat. They don’t get rattled. They’re not superstars but they’re very very good.
They’re not getting a lot of hits right now. They hit it hard but they’re not hitting where they ain’t.
They play solid defense. One guy made a coupe of errors in the same inning but it didn’t cost them.
When they get on base though, watch out. They run the bases very well. The base runner taking 2 bases on the sac bunt in the 8th changed today’s game.

They said batter interfered with the catcher on a stolen base attempt. It was the 3rd out in the bottom of the 7th. I couldn’t tell. Runner was safe at 2nd. I didn’t go back and look at it again.

#2 hitter was up. #3 hitter was their player and doubled to the gap to start the 8th. If the #2 batter got on, there might have been a game 3.

I wouldn’t say home cooking at all, the association Dutchtown uses (BR) can’t call their games in playoffs, so there really shouldn’t be a bias.
Just an umpire who made a game changing call, that wasn’t close, in a terrible spot of the game.
