They'd be nuts if they fired him. Never had a losing season. And he's trying to replace a ton of elite players on defense.

Mike Tomlin is the Les Miles of the NFL...won a title with another regimes players early on, then got to anther

Has consistently squandered loaded rosters and gets inexplicably blown out in multiple games a year he shouldn't. Also has done enough in the past to hold onto his job for a good 3 yrs longer than he should have.
