Pelicans have a hole at the SF position

Wouldn't surprise me if Wade opted in.
He's already made comments that allude to him opting in. Basically said, "frick you, you're paying me" based on what he's done for the franchise.
Wade doesn't have anything to prove and I doubt he cares about chasing more rings over getting $44 mil from the heat and playing whenever he wants to in the regular season.

What makes u think that won't happen?

Bron needs to sign with the Spurs and see make them into the San Antonio Globetrotters. They may go 82-0 with Lebron.

So if Wade opts in, I think there is no way LeBron will restructure with Miami. They wouldn't be able to afford anything.
Welcome back to Cleveland
But Lebron could ride it out for 2 more seasons, then Wade and Bosh come off the books in 2016, when KD and Derrick Rose may become free agents. Hmm...

Good for D Wade.
Heat management didn't set this shite up right for the long run. Took their flash in the pan and now back to being at best a 5 seed.

If that's how it goes down, who would blame Lebron for leaving?
It's obvious that this has never been about maximizing how much money he could get. He just wants to win and doesn't care how he does it. I don't get how he's the bad guy for wanting to win at all costs.

The organization sucks at the moment, and Dan Gilbert.

So are Heat fans now unrestricted free agents too?

Lakers still haven't chosen a new head coach...
Lebron will be a fantastic second option for the P&G

Do it Arison do it.
When push comes to shove, he will. He's the 3rd wealthiest owner in the NBA at $6.5 billion. The Heat have always tried to manage the salary cap in a manner that avoids the luxury tax....but Arison will pay the tax before he lets LeBron slip away. The return on that investment will be reflected in the value of the franchise.

I think it depends on how the draft pans out. Apparently Kyrie or Waiters is getting traded.
If he likes what he sees, I can see him coming back. I don't think he'll pass it up if he likes what he sees roster wise just because of Gilbert.
