You can't replace Corso, he doesn't have the same personality but if anyone is gonna take up the headgear tradition (I think they'll retire it though) I think Corso would want it to be Herbie.

Hell no. Maybe Schad can comment on that.

Les is actually too coach speaky. It's like 99% of his shtick (his outlier 1% is awesome, tho).

Spurrier is anti-coach speak 99% of the time.

Spurrier FTW.

Could see something like a grass is always greener on the other side type segment.

Headgear should die with Corso's retirement.

Anybody else doing it would just feel forced. Maybe add another element to the show to replace it, but let the headgear die.

With all the job openings available, Les Miles will be out of a job for about two seconds.

I don't see him starting over at this point. Think he'll retire and watch his kids play

It would be tough to find someone else to do the headgear and do it justice.

Herbie wouldn't work b/c he is a bit too serious and b/c half the time he doesn't even pick b/c he is calling the game and he wants to appear impartial.

I would love to see Spurrier on Gameday, but not doing the headgear thing. Like someone else suggested, maybe have a new shtick.

I miss Fowler. Reese is fine, but I preferred Fowler.

The rumor was that if Texas had beaten Alabama for the NC in 2009/10, Mack Brown was going to take over for Corso and Muschamp would've ascended to the Texas head coaching position.

Les Miles is Corso's replacement. Book it. The only question is if he will start doing it in 2016, 2017 or later....

But is that how he would be as an analyst? His mangled pronouncements always struck me as an attempt to make sure he didn't tip his hand to the opposing coach.
