How bout them Dawgs! It looks like everything is lining up were the last game of the season against Southern Miss. will be a huge game to decide the Western Division in CUSA. Should be an exciting game. Hopefully it will be an evening start time and not a day game.

I realize your are joking but Holtz takes a good bit of heat about play calling and game management. Where he excels is getting the academic side of the puzzle solved. He wants his players to excel in the classroom.
in fact, if my kids ever excelled at football, I would let them play for Holtz no questions asked.

When I learned that Driskel was coming to Tech, I pulled up all his highlights to see what kind of player he was. Unfortunately the highlights didn't give much insight because he was either being sacked or receivers were dropping his throws. That whole offense was dysfunctional.
I think he is in an offense he understands and has some playmakers around him at Tech. Tech coaches have to get some credit because he was probably a basket case when he left Florida and he is playing with confidence now.

Looked good, but driskel was a little bad on some deep balls. Loved watching yalls tailback though. He's always falling forward.

I'm in Shreveport and have been following the Dog's success this season. But it seems like La. Tech has always had attendance problems. Has attendance picked up this year?

for the most part outside that last game vs. Middle Tennessee but I think most didn't want to get out in case of bad weather
