Docs are treating it as an overdose and brain damage likely

Looks like he was in dgaf mode and probably wanted to end with a bang. I think I would rather just die than be saved at this point and have to live with brain damage and who knows what other problems

It's good to know that if he does have severe brain damage and is a vegetable, Khloe will be there by his side to help feed/clothe/bathe and care for him for the rest of his life. I'm confident she will do the right thing.
