I'm sure he is well-respected, and I'm not saying he can't be a good coach. It just seems a bit reactionary to me.

Would be pretty dumb, IMO. Coach Cal makes the money he does cause he pulls in the top talent every year, not his x's and o's

well y'all are in a good place now at least. Grizz have definitely brought some young talent along in the last few seasons.

If Frank Vogel is fired, I'd scoop him up.

Firing Brooks for Ollie would be a terrible move

I'm sick of constantly hearing Izzo's name thrown around like he is a top 5 coach. The guy has won one national title. One!

Gene Chizik has won one national title! For fricks sake!

His Final Four stats are unreal, he's a top 3 coach.

What is up with this new philosophy/rule around the league? If you don't win the championship, fire your otherwise successful coach and hire either Mike Woodson, Mike Brown, or make a futile push for Phil Jackson ?

If the Thunder lose tonight, Ollie will be named their head coach within a week or two, IMO.

Ding, ding, ding. Kevin Durant has really praised Ollie, saying he taught the Thunder how to be winners. OKC will bring him in to keep Durant happy.

So, let me get this straight... everyone gives Bob Stoops shite because he can't win the big one, but Izzo get's a pass? Seems legit.

Also, could have had Kevin Love but traded him on draft day for OJ Mayo

actually it was ivaroni that had the draft involving love for mayo. and he was against it because it also involved mike miller.

Don't think Cal would even take the job right now unless the money was just too much to pass up. Think we'll see Cal in the NBA in the next ten years but he'll wait for a great situation.

Ollie is extremely respected around the league.

Not really directed at you. But wtf does this even mean? You hear this all the time about other coaches. I've never understood it.
