Mark Davis and the Raiders is the only owner/team that has not burned the bridges back home. The Oakland politicans can't come up with the $$$ for the Coliseum City project or another project for the stadium. Like I said last week, the Rams and Chargers will move to LA and pay $550 million apiece to do so, and share a stadium in Inglewood. The NFL will then use the $1.1 billion from the Rams and Chargers to build the Raiders a stadium in Oakland.

There are a shitload of Chargers fans in Orange County, but every person over the age of 40 is either a Ram or Raider fan for the most part.

I think Peter King wrote something similar in this week's MMQB.

Two teams will go to LA, and the third team will get a 'golden parachute.' Davis wants to stay in Oakland, but the city is refusing to give any public funds / tax deductions / etc.

The best scenario is the Chargers/Rams moving to LA while the Raiders get a new stadium in Oakland.

No one is questioning the ability of 2 teams to share a stadium. People are questioning the need for L.A. to have 2 teams right now

Why are people questioning it? It's not their money on the line.

Raiders just built a new $10mm facility in Alameda that they own. They don't really want to leave
