Too bad Tech's best win this year is against Wake Forest. If you matched Tech up with all of the teams in the SEC, I doubt they stay within 21 points of anyone except Vandy.

Someone should reply with the NY Times college fan map, zoomed into North LA. Doesn't look like bulldog country, IMO.

I will say Auburn was struggling mightily against La Tech until depth caught up to them in the fourth quarter.

We played pretty badly in that game.

So does this mean NWST is better than LSU?
Was my first thought... and SLU beat NWST... and Tulane beat SLU...

My God... Tulane now by proxy has the best team in LA... A dark day for all.

Northwestern State isn't better than Tech. After beating the crap out of ULL and N. Texas, Tech wasn't even pay attention to NSU.

Tech had 3 turnovers in the fourth quarter in their own territory. One of them was a muffed punt, another was a pass that hit our WR in the hands and was intercepted on the deflection. Those are not turnovers because of NSU, that was just Tech shooting themselves in the foot.

I gave the congrats to NSU, but anyone that watched that game knew what a huge upset that was. Tech just didnt show up. Upsets happen. The better team doesn't always win.

Yeah tech is undefeated in conference and has a great chance of making the C-USA Championship game. Totally balling my eyes out because we lost a non-conference game. Bravo.

Holy shite I didn't realize that the official school Twitter posted that. I would be embarrassed if I associated with Tech after that.

What exactly would indicated me being mad? The fact that I said NSU isn't better than Tech? NSU came in hungry, Tech was looking forward to playing top 5 Auburn. Tech got upset. Upsets happen.

I'm quite thrilled with our program actually. Tech was predicted to finish 4th in the west and looks like the best team in the west to this point. If they keep it up they'll get a shot to ruin Marshalls dream season in the CUSA Chanpionship game.

90% of the posters on this board are clueless about football outside the power 5 conferences. I'm just shedding light on where the program currently stands. All you see is people bringing up the NSU loss. I'm just providing information on where Tech actually stands.
