Whoa he hit a three with a minute left down 8. He committed that weak hug then let go and 1 foul then looked like garbage one whole possession and lobbed up a one handed near 3 point shot with 2 left on the shot clock. He disappeared.

Kaminsky should be a solid NBA player. Probably not a starter, but a good back up. If Kelly Olynyk can be successful, then so can Kaminsky.

let's see where he's drafted. those other 3 were lottery picks, he might not even be in the lottery. Jimmer and Dougie both late lottery guys. They weren't going to be game changers

His spin move appears slow, but the long stride he takes enables him to get past most defenders, and then he has long arms to extend away from defenders to get off his shot. I expect he will have to learn to take a fade away jumper, a la Nowitzki, off of that move to add some variety if he wants to use the spin move successfully in the NBA.

He's 7 feet tall and can hit three's. In Today's NBA he will be in someone's rotation of top 8 players. If he drops out of the top 15 then his chances go up for having a solid career. Drafted top 5 then he could flame out if too much pressure to save a franchise is pit on him. I would have a hard time drafting Willie Culley-Stein over Frank Kaminsky. Willie just can't score at all. A very poor mans Tyson Chandler.

Is this an insult?

"Yeah, Eric Crouch was just a great college player, but that's it. What a chump."

Yeah, this. That skill alone will find him a roster spot. Having someone who can pull a rim protector away from the basket is such a luxury for any NBA team.

"... Kaminsky -Nothing special.... "

*********************************************************
Whoa sunnydaze , .... 2 Time 1st Team All-American , Consensus National Player of The Year.... yeah , anybody could do that . Using that logic , being a "great" college player , and making it to the League as a "decent role player" is "nothing special" ... In fact , 90% of the guys in The League ( and just getting there is no small feat ) are friggin' "role players" ..... C'mon man ...

Nothing special. Already 22 years old, will probably be a decent role player in the NBA, if that.

If you replaced Roy "The Marshmallow" Hibbert with Kaminsky today, it would completely transform the Pacers tomorrow.
