He is right. Its the dumbest decision ever made in the history of NFL and htat is saying a lot. there is no reason to have a SB in NJ in cold weather.

What a drama queen.

So you hate what the NFL has become because of the pansying up of the league but are crying like a girl about God forbid having to possibly play in cold weather. Makes sense.

He's absolutely right. Another awful decision by Emperor Goodell

Its the most watched event in the world, so lets have all the events leading up to it in a place where its snowing.

Then, we can have the game be handoffs and turnovers. Its an offensive, qb driven league. Have it in a dome and let them sling it

I don't mind watching it on TV in my living room, with the AC on in Houston.

it's gotta suck to actually play it in that shite though

The owners vote on sites not Commish. You guys want to blame the Lindbergh kidnapping or the Boston Art Robbery on Roger while you're at it?

I don't know how I feel about this. It isn't like people hate about this during the playofffs, only the SuperBowl. Is it really an issue? Most of these guys have played in cold weather during the year, and it provides a different game.

These coaches mentioned the 10 year war, which is kind of like having a super bowl in the cold

So I'm still on board with having a national title game in the north (kind of off topic), but I understand the "festivities" should be in warmer weather

Some of my favorite Iowa games have been in terrible weather. I would rather tailgate when it is 10 degrees than when it is 90 degrees.

Football is an outdoor sport and should be played that way. I quit rooting for the vikings when they built the HHH. I love that Chicago/Pittsburgh/Cincy/New York have outside stadiums, the way the game was played when it was created.
I was at the coldest game in recorded NFL history, the Cincy/San Diego January 10, 1982. The temp was -9 and the wind chill was -37. The coldest I have ever been, but it was a great football atmosphere.
I remember several Cincy/Pittsburgh games in the late 70's/early 80's where it was snowing while they played.

The best football games are played when all factors contribute to the game, including weather.

I'm really starting to like Flacco, he doesn't give any fricks

He probably shouldn't have said retarded though; everyone knows he doesn't mean it to bash retarded people but that's what some crazy pc group will turn it in to. At least he didn't say that playing in the snow is gay or that Ray Lewis is acting like a fig

Spit da truf Joe

Im in 100% agreement. Pretty wreckless to have the biggest game of the year in a city where you might not even be able to have it at that time of year.

The Super Bowl location is as much about the fan experience in the host city as it is the game itself. Would you rather be on Bourbon St. in 70 degree weather or Times Square in 30 degree weather? If you say Times Square, you are lying.
