It's a two man race. Of the two harden has much more wins. It ain't hard to figure it out.
He has 8 more wins, but his net +/- (on-off) is +1.5, while Westbrook's is +12.6.

On/off isn't very important. We focus on ON. And they aren't close.

If you want to focus on wins, then you have to consider how the team performs when that player is no in the game. For example, Houston had played almost 20 games worth of minutes without Harden on the floor. They still outscored their opponents by a substantial margin.

OKC gets outscored substantially when Westbrook isn't on the floor.

So if you want to discuss wins, but ignore that Houston is good enough to have a winning record without Harden, then you clearly don't value the wins themsleves. You just want to pick and choose like a hack, which is inexcusable since you're knowledgeable.

If westbrook was as good as HARDEN when ON the floor. His team would have more wins.

Westbrook is +4 when on the court.

Harden +7

If Westbrook was +7 and not +4 his team would have more wins.

Wins have always been a part of the equation for MVP. On off plus minus. Never mentioned much til this year.

Guess thousands of MVP voters over the years are all hacks.

You are delusional. You're obviously trolling big time.

Didn't you have the pulse of the voters due to being connected to know that this would be the year they would change it up?

No he's not. He just doesn't have the common sense to separate on/off numbers and net ratings and real life.

Ouch, a scathing indictment on Harden.

They've always been part of the equation, and it still is. LeBron averaged a net +/- of about +16.8 in his 4 MVP seasons, Curry had 20.2 average in his 2 seasons, and Durant was +6 in his. Even Rose, probably the least deserving of the recent MVPs had a +2.

So wins matter, but the team around them, should and does matter, which is evident in how much better teams are with an MVP player in the court.

+4 when on for Russ would be the worst ON numbers for an MVP it's laugablt pedestrian. No worries about his teammates when he's off the floor. Look at how unimpressive they are even when he plays.
