It really is embarrassing, and it's the type of thing that I am surprised is allowed to happen in the day of constant social media outrage. Now Tom Osbourne had the power to do this type of stuff with his felons masquerading as college students in the mid-90s, but things have changed quite a bit since then.
Agree with all. I have no idea if he is guilty but the way this had been handled is appalling.
Speaking of embarrassing I still recall that thread on this board where many posters expressed outrage that a reporter asked him about his case after a football game. How dare a reporter ask him about a felony when he is playing an important football game?

Iirc they both said they walked in the room or opened up the door and watched. Guess that's why they're charged.
Also that one dumb arse probably thought he would help Winston by telling the cops he recorded it and it was consensual. That didn't work out how he planned it.
As far as Winston not being charged he claimed it was consensual and there's not enough proof otherwise.
