Do you really think Mayweather is going to drop both hands and charge in. Connor's boxing skills and defense is absolutely horrible.

I understand and agree. You also said he doesn't have one hit knockout power.

Considering his strength in the Octagon is the exact opposite of what you are saying....I'm gonna say you haven't really watched him.

Every dude who has fought him praises his defense, movement, and punching power.

Hell a majority of his KOs are defensive counters.

I don't think you've watched Conor at all. Almost all of his finishes are off counter strikes and when he's not gassed he doesn't get touched. I'm just curious how much he's going to have to change from his MMA style to a boxing style.

MMA and boxing are two different sports. Connor's boxing skills are laughable. He has no defense and he leaves himself open when he punches. A 10-0 boxer would destroy Connor much less Mayweather.

Please list all of the great boxers Connor has beaten. So far I have seen a highlight video of him beating Jose Aldo who has never boxed a single professional bout in his life. Conor was outboxed by freaking Nate Diaz. Conor was shooting out of desperation b/c Nate was on the verge of a TKO.

Somebody please answer this question: Do you think Mayweather can submit Demian Maia in a MMA match if Mayweather trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsui for 6 months?

You keep saying the same thing like posters here are arguing with you or something. King was just commenting on how he fights. He's +800 or whatever the odds are for a reason

lol

Mayweather is going to beat the shite out of him. Had this been MMA, it's different story, but Floyd is going to beat him like a step child.

This is a farce, people should not pay for the PPV.

Conor was destroying Nate before he gassed. After Conor gassed he was a shell of his former self and couldn't avoid punches or use his movement. Nate also is a taller/bigger fighter who has an incredible chin and has a reach advantage which Conor has never had to fight against before. Saying Conor has no boxing skills is laughable. Now I'm not saying he's going to beat Floyd but he has trained in boxing way more than 6 months. I've got Floyd winning by TKO in the later rounds when Conor slows down but Conor does have the power to put Floyd to sleep.

Odds are up to +1000 now on some books, and climbing.

I don't even like Mayweather but some of you are just freaking stupid about this. Really just dumb. Floyd has 49 professional boxing matches under his belt against the very best boxers in the world. He is undefeated and dominant. Connor would not even rank in his top 40 of his toughest opponents he has fought. Connor has never professionally boxed a single bout in his entire life and was out boxed by freaking Nate Diaz in a UFC match. There is a reason why Conor will not box someone before Floyd. It is b/c he will lose and his boxing skills will be shown as a joke which everybody with a brain already knows.

Enjoy the circus but I'm saving my money. Floyd can finish him whenever he wants too. I'm sticking up for Floyd and I do not even like the man.

A lot of people have boxed before.

You tell me how McGregor has a better, or as good of a chance vs Mayweather than an average prospect that has logged hundreds of boxing rounds.

It's not all about offensive skills. It's about how is he going to manage his stamina. You can't just lay on top of someone in boxing when you need a breather. You have to conserve energy during the course of a round, and do so without giving up the round.

What's McGregor's plan?? Waiting for a lucky shot is a shite plan. You think world champions haven't tried to get a lucky shot in vs Mayweather?

Again another person who I don't think has watched McGregor fight.....I don't know if he has ever submitted someone or ground and pound someone in his UFC career.

Lucky shot? Nothing about McGregor's striking is lucky. We have some moron saying that Nate Diaz out boxed Mcgregor even though McGregor at 167lbs knocked a heavier dirty chin to the mat 3 times, and this was in both fights.

It doesn't matter what he's done in the UFC. It's irrelevant.

I'm asking how is he going to compete in a boxing match.
