Are there still any Tiger holdouts or someone who thinks that there is a better golfer in history than Nicklaus?

I think Tiger was better in his prime than Nicklaus was, but Nicklaus' career is definitely better so far. Tiger's not done, so he could pass Jack, but as of now I think you'd have to say Nicklaus is the GOAT.

As of now, Nicklaus still obviously has the greatest career of all time. Tiger in his prime is probably the greatest player of all time though.

Tiger had the best 10 year run in golf ever. Jack had the best 25 year run ever. Both are GOATS IMO

At their peaks, Tiger was supreme. Nicklaus had the longer career arc but peak Tiger was unbeatable. I dont hold the majors against Tiger because the competition is so much better now than it was then.

Tiger was on pace to destroy Jack's record. Obviously he is the reason that he is off the pace now, but there had never been a run like his in golf.
