I think that any of the three top clubs in the Central could/would win the other NL Divisions.

the cubs would most definitely not win the west and it would be a two team race with the pirates and dodgers

I dont know. The Cubs are in a division with the Cards and Pirates.

Back to my point though, you dont think the Cubs could win the NL East and the Pirates couldnt win the NL West? The AL isnt very good this year so Im not even going to go there.

so when you said any of the three teams could win any division in the NL, you mean one of them could win the east and one could win the west? sure. the cubs probably would win the east and it would be a two team race in the west with the dodgers and pirates

I agree with this. I think the Dodgers are solid and they would have to slug it out with the Pirates. I think the Cubs would have a much better record than they do playing in the god awful NL East.

well so would a lot of teams. the west really isnt that great of a division but the dodgers are legit world series contenders and the pirates in that division would still have to beat them

It is the best division. By far. The only other division that can even be considered outside of the NL Central is maybe the AL East.

I dont disagree. I think the Dodgers are very good. There are three very good teams in the Central that could win a division at this point.

Cardinals VS:
West 11-6
East 14-6

Pirates VS:
West 11-2
East 15-7

Cubs VS:
West 8-8
East 16-7

Dodgers VS
Central 8-10
East 12-9

It is the best division in MLB, meaning a team from the NL East will represent in the World Series and the American League will win it.

Uncomfortable truth.

Central is hands down the mosh pit of Alpha teams in MLB this season. Any of the Cubs/Cards/Pirates would run shite in any other division.
