If Mark Jackson Wasn't a Paranoid Weirdo, Do the Warriors Become the Warriors?

A counterfactual I was thinking about. If the Warriors don't move Jackson along and bring in Kerr, do we see the Warriors win the title?
Additional information on Jackson's paranoia and issues:
Hired weak assistants and fired good ones because he always suspected they undermined him (Mike Malone)
Didn't let assistants talk to the media
Lied to the front office and instructed the team not to trust the front office
Played favorites in the locker room
Told the team Ezeli wanted them to lose while he was injured so he would look better
Told the team Barnes was possessed by a demon which was affecting his play
Fired Darren Erman for trying to record him saying crazy things to the team at practice
Banned Jim Barnett (the Warriors color man) from Warriors practices and Jerry West
Had an affair with a stripper that resulted in him being extorted
Brought Warren Braithwaite when he was announced as Warrirors head coach, Braithwaite was shortly thereafter arrested on drug trafficking charges
Attempted a mutiny against John Stockton while with the Jazz

No way. They would have never gotten past the Spurs on a consistent enough basis.
It is worth mentioning how terrible of an announcer he is. Boring as hell and talks out of his arse most of the time.

He is undeniably crazy. It explains why he can't get near the bench for another team despite a decent tenure with the Warriors.

Mama, there goes that man!

They need to get him the hell out of the booth and replace him with Doug Collins.

He says "full steam of head"

Jackson is a nutjob who believes in some really out there things. Kerr (and Mike Brown) are actually sane and know how good they have things with the talent on the roster.

This. He is awful.

His offenses were really stagnant and didn't utilize guys the right way so I say right away they don't dominate the way they have but maybe just maybe they win one year with him there

His Warriors teams were constantly imporving. So they would have definitely had a shot to compete for titles. But they would have never sniffed a season like 73 wins. Steve Kerr took a pretty good team and turned them into an all-time great team.

Any possible link between that quote and this quote?

Kerr preaching ball movement and team concepts while freeing Curry and Klay and utilizing Green properly changed the team
Jackson couldn't do any of that

There is a reason no one has hired him.

This isn't talked about enough. Prior to Jackson how many playoff seasons did the Warriors have in the last say 15 years? Not a lot. They were a struggling franchise that had that magical 2007 season. Then they start back in the playoffs with Jackson.
One of the hardest things in sports is making that jump from playoff team to legit contender. Warriors did that. At the time I thought they were getting cocky. You're a playoff team with Jackson, might make a run here and there but you don't want to relapse to those bad Warrior days.
Anyway homerun hire by Warriors flipping Jackson for Kerr.
