That was because so many people hit so many range balls. Kinda hard to grow grass. Grass don't grow overnight.

Yes, drainage was a huge issue out there. Nothing I was able to do about it unfortunately.

Yep, that was when it was private. Had a good young superintendent 04-06 at that time.

I am playing copper mill for the first time april 25 (some scramble tourney through work).

Is it as bad the first op made it seem? Should i just bail on playing?

Are you paying for it?
I wouldn't go until it's repaired. Not really golf when you have greens like that.

You are just like everyone else. Always negative. I never said Sherwood was great. I said the greens were. I was very proud of maintaining that golf course that needed $500k-$600k a year to maintain with 10-12 crew guys with $300k a year with 5 guys and have better greens than nearly every course in the br area with a manual irrigation. Top 5 easy. Your opinions don't matter.
