The summer after I graduated high school I got clocked one game. Fastest was 88, averaged about 85.

I pitch sidearm though, and only threw 2-seamers. A lot of movement on the ol heater

low 80's in HS.

Probably not over 15 right now considering I had shoulder surgery 2 weeks ago on my throwing arm

I hit 86 on the gun twice trying to really kill it and my arm was done for the afternoon

ETA:

I had one of the better arms out of my friends my whole life and it just AMAZES me that the hardest I've ever been able to throw the ball is Stephen Strasburgs change-up.

I feel like with a wind up it'd take me about 4 seconds to throw it. No wind up, considerably quicker. No clue on how hard I could throw a baseball though. Probably mid to low 60s.

If I'm going to be honest, I think if I warmed my arm up, I could possibly hit the very low 70s. Having said that, if I hit anywhere above 65, I would be pretty happy. Also, if I were playing in little league, I would freaking Danny Almonte those 12 year olds! I figure, I would just hit the good hitters right in the back the first time up so that they would be scared of me, then I would dominate them the next time up!

I was mid 70's in HS.
But with a nasty change up.
Ended up pitching for a small time college. Before every game it was funny the other players would talk shite because I "couldnt break a plane of glass". Good times

77 was the fastest I ever threw at 16. Haven't been in front of a radar since then though. Might have to try at a braves game this year. I'm thinking 85

I got a bum shoulder. Probably 60 at best. Before the bum shoulder, probably 75 at best (maybe not even that hard). I was always pretty accurate and could sling a football pretty good, but I never could throw a baseball very hard.
