Baseball is impossible. Most everyone didn't see 80% of the reasonable candidates for that status.

NBA: Michael Jordan
NHL: Wayne Gretzky
MLB: Babe Ruth with Bonds close behind.
NFL: Peyton Manning
Soccer: A pantheon of Pele, Maradona, Cruyff, Zidane, and Beckenbauer. Messi, and hopefully my boy CR7 in the future.
Tennis: Roger Federer
Golf: Tiger Woods
Boxing: Sugar Ray Robinson

More of an educated guess on tennis, golf, and boxing.

MLB-Babe Ruth

I've always heard Ruth was about 6'1 or 6'2 and around 215-220ish during his peak physically. I'm not sure how he would hold up against some of the freak athletes nowadays. I know he struggled w/ eating, drinking, and smoking. Over time, I am not sure he would be able to consistently produce great numbers w/ the type of athlete today.

ETA: Willie Mays would be my choice

Because if the diversity of positions and the differing skills it takes to play those positions you have to do it by... That's right position for football.
