This is absolutely hilarious. How could FSU not see this coming?

I have a twitter account but dont get on hardly if ever. That being said how can any person ever think this was a smart move. Hell, if AU did this during CamGate, I would have run for the hills.

Of course, #AskJameis was a top trending topic in the United States on Twitter regardless of the outcome, and in the world that thrives on social networking and exposure, that is still a win for Florida State’s social networking strategy. There is perhaps no way those responsible for the Twitter chat Sunday morning could not have predicted this sort of result. While most of the Twitter strategy will be considered a joke, Florida State will get to say Winston’s chat was a top trending topic in the United States, and sometimes that is all that matters on Twitter.

Famous or infamous?

Why is this a thing? People already know who Florida state is, and who jameis Winston is. What good does them "trending" do? And how is this viewed as anything other than a complete embarrassment to those 2 entities?

This one just won't Twitter imo

That is a prime example. Why is it a "win" for fsu and jameis Winston that people publicly mocking his grasp of the English language is trending right now?

Whatever person at fsu that came up with this should be fired immediately. I mean, of all people to do this with, how could anyone with a ounce of common sense think this would go anything but awfully?

Didn't he post despite the ban for a couple months and refused to honor the bet?

Yeah, the logic there totally escapes me.

We're trending because everybody is jumping on to mock us for harboring a rapist thief that possibly shouldn't even be in college! Winning!
