Fmr. Dolphins WR Mark Duper takes video games very seriously
LINK

quote:

According to the arrest report, the incident occurred when Duper was playing video games with the children of a friend in a residence in Jacksonville, Fla. An argument started when the victim threw his hat to the floor and refused to pick it up.

Duper, according to the report, proceeded to punch the boy and slam him into the floor until the victim lost consciousness. The fight allegedly continued outside the home, where the victim's father attempted to break the two apart.

The report states that as the boy was leaving he bumped his bike into Duper's car, prompting the former NFL star to choke and threaten to kill the victim.

Updated link from the local paper. Sounds like Duper's kid was getting lippy. LINK

Obviously Duper was in the wrong but this kid isn't very bright.

The guy punches and body slams you into sleepytime and on your way out of there, you put your bike into his car? Just cut your losses and get out of Dodge!

I would be embarrassed that at 17 years old, a man yearly 40 years older than me kicked my ass,

According to the arrest report, he punched the teen in the face as the argument escalated, then “picked him up several times and slammed him to the ground,” causing him to lose consciousness.

The state Department of Children and Families is investigating the case, spokesman John Harrell said. He said the teen did receive minor injuries and is now “with family.”

How the frick do you punch somebody, slam them to the ground until they lose consciousness and they only receive minor injuries? That cop that did the arrest report must be a butthurt Jets fan.

I couldn't disagree more. If you just got your arse beat, you need to get revenge by some other method that signals you have no shits to give and less to lose. Duper may have won the battle, but the kid made Duper look like the bigger loser.

I updated the OP with that link from the local Jacksonville paper. Sounds like Duper's kids is a douche, but the cops slammed Duper.
