In ancient Venice, if you accused someone of a crime and the accused was exonerated, the accuser served the sentence. I think this would be applicable in this case.
At a minimum, he could probably press a civil claim and bankrupt her for life.

That stupid bitch should definitely be charged with witness tampering. It's one thing to be jilted and lying to the cops (when there are eyewitnesses, but to try to get someone to lie to the cops for you is crossing the line times 2.
