It was sittercity, they probably have a built in waiver about not screening people like a dating site does.
Maybe I'm ignorant, but I'm not aware of developmentally disabled individuals who drive, as deadspin said she did. ...... Did more research, apparently it's pretty common.

I'm guessing rape by force has a longer prison sentence attached to it. And if she didn't give consent then you could argue she was forced. So by throwing these charges in he may be willing to plead down in the future to avoid s longer prison term. Sorry if I'm doubting. Story just seems a bit odd.

Did he force sex against her will, or is it rape because she can't legally consent? And if she drove, were there any signs she was handicapped?
