Who cares? The guy is still a legitimate candidate even if though he probably won't win. He got plenty of Heisman talk over the last few weeks

If they are going to go this route, why even put players on the fan vote that that don't want to win?

LF7 should still be winning this thing.

If the McNeese game hadn't been canceled, I think it would still be his to lose. His numbers would be too gross.
Full* Season Total:
Fournette:
289 Total Touches
1950 Total Yards
6.75 AYPT
271 Rushes
1741 Rushing Yards
6.4 YPC
18 TD
Henry:
305 Total Touches
1894 Total Yards
6.21 AYPT
295 Rushes
1797 Rushing Yards
6.1 YPC
22 TD
VS. Common SEC West Opponents:
Fournette:
135 Total Touches
905 Total yds
6.7 AYPT
123 RuAtt
745 RuYds
6.1 YPC
8 TD
Henry:
157 Total Touches
990 Total yds
6.3 AYPT
150 RuAtt
933 RuYds
6.22 YPC
7 TD
* Fournette is missing the McNeese game. I know shoulda, coulda, woulda, but I think had that game been played you could conservatively add another 100-200 total yards and another touchdown or two (baring injury). But it didn't happen, so it's unfair to count it on speculation. However, the point remains.
I just don't get why Henry has just 'cleary surpassed' the rest of the field - much less over just Fournette - and is now the front runner. Fournette has him beat on the stat sheet, save for a few volume stats. Also the eye test, IMO, definitely favors Fournette.
Don't get me wrong, Henry has played very, very well and is no doubt talented. But stacked up to Fournette and even Cook and Zeke, his season isn't anything spectacularly special.

I wasn't trolling, just saying that guys don't deserve the heisman because they had TDs called back or games cancelled or missed games due to injury. EVERYONE deals with various things like that throughout the season. Vote for the guy with the best production based on how you see it.
Everyone deals with stuff like that? That's an outlier, bro. A cancelled game limits production, and you say

If someone thinks Henry is a better player the LF7, well I'd like to point to what he does better vs. what his team did better in November.

As the best player on the team you just can't afford to have your three worst rushing performances in three straight November losses one of which was an absolute dud when everyone in the country was watching. You just aren't going to win the Heisman that way.

Bump
They put him back on the fan ballot so you don't have to search. He leads 63% to Derrick Henry at 21%
