Houston has quite a few young, promising, cheap players (Motiejunas, Lamb, Royce White) as well as Martin's expiring. They also have the cap room to take on one of Orlando's bad contracts

Houston by far can offer Orlando the best package of any time. IMO NO WAY do we trade Montiejunas, but virtually everyone else is expendible. Hopefully we get Kevin Martin off the team, I've always diskliked him as a player.

I think he is, and so does the Rockets front office. Draws heavy comparisons to Dirk. A 7 footer with an already good, and improving low-post game. Take a look at his highlights, pretty impressive. He'll only get better, especially when Hakeem the Dream takes him under his wing.

well then, Houston needs to give him the Beaubois/JJ Hickson/Mozgov "anyone but him" treatment. then "reluctantly" put him in a trade for Dwight.

The Magic have suspended Dwight Howard trade talks as they search for their next head coach, according to sources.

Orlando had been engaged in trade talks with the Nets, Lakers and Rockets on a trade involving Howard.

Rob Hennigan informed Howard that the Magic attempted to make a deal, but none of the offers met the team's asking price.

Brian Shaw, Mike Malone, Lindsey Hunter and Jeff Hornacek are amongst the candidates to become the next head coach of Orlando.

The Nets were up against a deadline in their negotiations for Howard due to the unresolved free agency of Brook Lopez and Kris Humphries.

I agree with this.

LA here he comes. Bynum to Houston and the Magic get something from them.

Brooklyn has reached agreement on a 4-year, $61 million max deal with Brook Lopez, league source tells Y! Sports.

Nets out of the Dwight running it seems.
