Google Pennsylvania Whistleblower Law. It works exactly like that. Can't be dismissed for reporting waste or wrongdoing.

Ill take a look you may be right. I worry about the civil suits being time barred by SOL.

Why won't that cover Paterno? He didn't see it, but reported it!

McQuery could have done something.

If not that, there is this oldie but goody, McQueary commited suicide today, he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest and head.

I prefer... "He came home drunk last night and fell down an elevator shaft... onto some bullets."

Here is a question nobody seems to be pondering: "What do you think McQueary's dad told him that night?"

The fact those dumbass Penn State fans would look the other way on these child abuse allegations in order to keep Joe Pa really shows what kind of scum attends the school.

Well yeah, but what else? For instance "son...don't call the cops. You don't know how high this goes."

Of course, the dumbfrick PSU fans are probably threatening him for bringing JoePa into it.

Would be my guess. They sickened me last night. Level of stupidity was unreal.

Didn't he report it the exact same way McQueary did? Within the good ole boy network?

what if McQueary suddenly disappears and never to be seen again like the DA from 2005.

Would JoePa and PSU then be able to get away with all of this relatively scott-free?

Glad to hear that he is not coaching due to death threats. No way you could suspend a coach for watching a little boy get raped and staying quiet about it for a decade. PSU is now concerned about safety.
