He's probably gonna sue PS too if he's not paid. He's a weakling for not stopping what he saw and / or calling the cops. He did tell Paterno, the AD, and the finance guy though. He stated that the kid and Sandusky looked at him while it was happening. How the frick he sleeps at night is beyond me.
