Dude's making over $1M a year in the Sun Belt. I'd say he's pretty happy.

Gotta get over the 10 win hump and beat a p5 school imo. He's still a young coach but no program growth since year 1. He's also the perfect guy for ULL and I'm not sure his shtick would play at a more high profile place

Why would he leave a flagship university?

Are the Cajuns seriously gonna go to the New Orleans bowl again? First two years it was cool, starting last year people started to want a little more, now it's a little redundant

I think we're trading in the N.O. Bowl for NO Bowl this year tbh

Why leave? Bigger isn't always better. He makes $1m, lives in the best city in the state, has the keys to the city. I'd say he is doing alright for himself and family.

Because any coach worth a damn wants to compete at the highest level and win a national championship.

If he wants one of those at ULL, he better brush up on his softball.
