Well that post doesn't fit the predetermined narrative of bitter Pistons fans and jelly Pelitards.

Why? Pistons are doing just fine without him.

I was referring to his time on the Rockets, as was the post to which I responded.

I was referring to his time on the Hawks,, when he thought he was Atlantas "kobe" and now they are winning without the showboat..

it's a fact.

And the Hawks were 38-44 last year without Josh Smith.

They were 44-38 the year before that with Josh Smith.

How do you explain that?

I explain it the same way any team that needs to rebuild takes more than one day or one player to do it.

You really are this big a simpleton?

I don't know how the Rockets managed to do it, but we compiled a team full of players who almost everyone hates. I love it.

James Harden, Dwight Howard, Josh Smith, and Patrick Beverley.

They hate us cuz they ain't us.

Horford, Zaza both out, yea that didn't help that the guys who actually did bother to play hard, couldn't. Kinda sad that Zaza didn't get re-signed, he fit this Hawks teams persona...

Yeah. The Hawks just barely beat the Rockets at home when neither Harden or Howard played. I'm devastated.

We were up by double digits the entire game and lost it in the final five minutes. All without Harden it's not like they "schooled" us all night and beat our arse. The Rockets were the better team for 80% of that game, they just couldn't close it out and Atlanta took over that final 20% so credit.

I was just trying to recall the last "relevant" team that hadn't won a playoff series in five years.

Any information would be helpful. TIA.

Nice try but a 41-19 team that's No. 3 in the west with an MVP frontrunner is most certainly relevant.

The amount of time posters like you talk about them also shows their relevance. Keep it up.

No, people hate y'all b/c your team has a guy who flops more than Manu and Wade could ever dream of, a MASSIVE titty baby at center, an extremely arrogant GM, and a PF who thinks Antoine Walker is a player to emulate.

The Mavs won the NBA Championship, and they had only been past the first round one time in the previous four years.

People act like the Rockets get swept in the first round every year. In reality, the Rockets always battle hard and have had lots of bad luck. Hell. Even when we did advance, T-Mac was injured and Yao got injured in the next series where we played the eventual Champs tougher than anyone. I still think we win that series if Yao doesn't go down. We were dominating them.
