I’ve caught myself smiling today multiple times at how fricking stupid Dusty has to be to try and spin his decision of pinch hitting Singleton instead of Brantley last night

My jaw dropped whenever I read the explanation this morning. Shouldn’t be surprised but was dumbfounded. Wouldn’t the first goal being down 5 with the nine hole up and bases loaded no outs be turning the lineup over with a base hit of any kind?

I still think the dumbest decision last night was bringing in Montero to get 1 out with inherited runners. I’d much rather see a guy like Neris or Abreu in tat spot. If we keepi it at 2-0 we are still in the game .
