Ludlow is a failure imo.
Predicted on a podcast during the Toronto series that this is a late, deadline-day type trade window.

I will melt so hard if Ludlow does nothing.
The Stros have had that 2:1 W-L ratio for the majority of the season, which is like a frickin unicorn if you're an Astros fan, and Ludlow is about to throw it all away because he's afraid to be wrong.
I think the team told Ludlow to go f*ck himself yesterday.
I tried putting myself in his shoes. He doesn't just want to be employed in 2017, but he wants to remain a GM in 2018, 2019, 2020 and so on, so he doesn't want to make a move like he did in 2015 and deplete his farm for nothing.
On the other hand, if you have a team with a record of 68-36, and you are leading the entire AL by 10 games, wouldn't you say that this is your year to win it all? Shouldn't you be all in on this one year? F*ck 2018, 2019, the time is now!
How many minor leaguers have been busts? Brett Wallace and Jon Singleton were supposed to the next Jeff Bagwell and Jason Hayward, and where are they now?
This 2017 team is the best Astros team I've ever seen, and I never thought we'd have a team better than the 1998 team, and here we are. The Stros are only a starting pitcher and reliever away from being a complete team, and Ludlow does absolutely nothing!!!!!! If he does nothing and the Stros don't at least make it to the World Series, I'll never be able to forgive him.
I was hoping the Astros would be my distraction from having to watch the Saints lose four or five heartbreak games in Sept and October, but the Stros season may be over by Oct 7th with Ludlow standing pat to preserve a future Brett Wallace. F*ck you, Ludlow!!! Make a move already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll add it to this thread since the old ones done. Assume we get Britton or hand and not a starter. I think we should add another lower tier reliever like bud norris just to add more depth to the pen
