Not sure if they have an official parking lot. The time I went I parked across the street. They have made some changes it seems so it might be different now. shite I may do this tomorrow.

Sucks for the Angels. Yet, I feel better about the Astros chances to take the series now.

we are playing without our best player for at least 2 months plus Lowrie who may have been our 2nd best for 3 months. I have no sympathy.

I don't think they will care it's a pretty laid back place. You just go up and buy tokens if you want to drink

It's like an old open warehouse that they converted into a brewery

you should be fine. how old are they? Its just a warehousee with big rollup doors on the sides. they are probably cool with your kids being there as long as you aren't shipping them the good stuff

Wandy Rodriguez DFA'd by Texas. Who takes his spot?

hmmmm...

efty Alex Claudio and righty Jon Edwards were promoted from Triple-A as well, with right-hander Phil Klein being optioned to the minors.

Temporary moves?

Hadn't seen this posted yet, sorry if I missed it

quote:

The Astros are “monitoring” the market for bullpen pieces, ESPN.com’s Jerry Crasnick tweets. They have given at least some thought to quality arms like Craig Kimbrel, Joaquin Benoit, and Francisco Rodriguez. Houston is also still involved on Cole Hamels, though it still doesn’t seem that they are terribly likely to get him, Evan Drellich of the Houston Chronicle tweets.

I would not mind K Rod if they are making a bullpen move. Signed through next season I believe at 6.5 mil and having a very good year

rosenthal tweeting emphatically that Astros have made the best offer on Hamels and it may be a situation where the phills tell him to go to Houston or stay in hell.

That seems unlikely to me. If I'm Lunhow and that truly is the case, I don't want this asshat if he has to be arm twisted to come here. I tell them to let me know by midnight tonight or we are withdrawing the offer and moving on to our other deal. I honestly would rather go after Tyson Ross or even Price at this point. Price is a rental but Ross would be under control until 18'.

Now many sources saying the Latos trade to LA may be falling apart. Hmmm.

I highly doubt they would call up Reed at this point if Singleton is still on the team. I would be shocked

Here's my thoughts on the Hamel's No Trade Clause -- that was made when the Astros sucked arse. Honestly, if I was in his situation when he signed that contract, I would have included the Astros in the No-Trade list too.

Look at the teams that have surfaced as "being out of it because of the NTC"... Red Sox and San Fran.

Red Sox suck arse. San Fran is in an okay spot, but Hamel's is a San Diego guy. He isn't going to want to play in the Bay area.

But yeah... if he is willing to go to the Hell-hole of Arlington but not a few hours down the road to Houston.

Keep your arse in that oven of a stadium and bake away your career.
