San Antonio gave it all they had in an epic game. They didn't even look that bummed to be honest. It's hard to repeat.
I was rooting for the Spurs mostly because I thought it would lead to playoff reform more quickly. Whether fair or not, the Spurs winning would have lead to Clippers and media butthurt. Instead, it's about the triumph of CP3 and Griffin.

Silver has already alluded to X amount of seeds being non conference affiliated wildcards essentially. Not to mention the seeding going 1-16 instead of 2x 1-8. It will happen eventually. I'm just selfishly hoping it doesn't take 3-4 years to get there.
