Media loves it. FSU and SMU both robbed. No other explanation.

Bama fans need not respond. We know you have nothing going for you in life other than Bama football.

The ACC already killed itself

That's why FSU has been trying to leave for years

Deserved NY6 over Liberty. Think another poster on this board pointed out SOS.

IMHO, they weren’t.

They had a loss to a good Oklahoma team and a bad TCU team while Liberty remained undefeated.

Liberty bet on a very light schedule, likely because few schools want to play them for whatever reason, and it paid off.

Doesn’t SMU have a few losses and Liberty is at least undefeated?

Being undefeated clearly mattered more to the committee so that seems pretty fair to me.

If Florida state had a competent back up they would of been in but they did not.

I think it's clear they'll look to the portal to find next years starting QB.

SMU was punished for scheduling teams better than them while liberty was rewarded for never playing a ranked opponent all year.

I also think the committee probably wanted a conference other than American to get a chance.

The "Better" teams only applied to the top 4 and not the G5.

False. Georgia would be highly favored against Washington and didn’t make it in. It was only applied to select teams that they wanted to apply it to.

We played our schedule. First year in CUSA. And after edging Arkansas last year for their homecoming I am not sure we are going to get a lot of teams willing to schedule us in the future. We will see.

And that should absolutely be held against you.

SMU was punished for losing lol

Scheduling those games means nothing if you arent competitive in them.

Would be a bold strategy by the head of the committee who is an ACC athletic director

The criteria they used to put Bama in over FSU was they were the "best" team.

So if best team gets in is the standard for playoff/NY6 SMU should be in over Liberty.

Liberty had to stop fricking Sam Houston State from scoring from the 4 yard line in the last minute of their game to win yet somehow they are "better" than the Mustangs who walked all over a much better conference? Give me a break.

Apparently not.

That P5 teams are afraid to schedule us? Are you that obtuse?

We will do our best to have fun for you. You clearly are not enjoying yourself.
