Good, insightful Q&A here.

quote:

Anything else you want to add?

Parsons: “He wasn’t ready for being a franchise player. He was scared. He was scared to take the next step in his career. There was no other reason other than that he was comfortable and he has friendships there. How you make a business decision like that is beyond me. How you ignore an owner like Mark who is in your hometown just waiting for a chance to talk to you is beyond me.

“I don’t think he made a mistake. I think he’ll be good in L.A. He’s got a good team, he’s got a great point guard, he’s got Blake, but I think he could have been a superstar in Dallas. He could have been the man in Dallas. Never in a million years did I think that this was even a possibility.

Chandler just needs someone to lean on since his soft arse can't lead a team.

Jordan is definitely no remotely close to a franchise player, but it's very immature and lame of Parsons to say that stuff.

Chandler is just salty he won't have somebody to carry him, and he realizes he is fricked in Dallas

Edit: not that he is wrong

So we want athletes to be honest and not give the tired company lines and when they say something candid and honest then we call them petty and immature. Parsons is right. Jordan got cold feet but he isn't near being a franchise player.

He is 100% absolutely correct. There is literally no way you can disagree with his statement. But I am sure there are trolls out there everywhere.....

Jordan leaving was best thing that ever happened to Mavs. They need to ship Parsons East for a draft pick and tank and rebuild.

Sports would be so much better off if more guys spoke their minds and we're more honest like this.

DAJ would've been a great fit in Dallas alongside Parsons and Cuban. A douchey team that properly reflects a douchey city.

Wut?

I thought he came across very well. It's obvious he's irritated, but it's not like he bashed the Clippers.

I do, those were the good old days!!! I should throw up some pics on here one day, no clue why those dudes hung out with a guy who was about 140lbs soaked wet, it's not like I had anything in common with them lol.

Mavs fricked.

They got a guy that averaged 15.7 pts, 2.4 asts, and 4.9 rbds per game pinning himself as the key building block and franchise player.... yeah, ok
