What does it matter if Bama is ahead of UF right now? If UF wins out (including SECCG) they will be in for sure. Bama probably won't be in if they don't win the SEC.

The ACC refs might let Clemson play with 12.

Drumming up the ratings for the sec. CBS must of paid off the committee.

They had double the first downs as UM, more yards per play, held them to 10 yards in the 4th, they won the game fair and square. It's ludicrous for them to be at 7 with some of the teams ahead of them. It's like the committee just completely threw out resume and ranked the teams exactly by what their rating in NCAA Football 2K15 would be.

How did Michigan State get fricked so badly? They have a road win over Michigan and a solid OOC P5 win

My guess is them and TCU are being punished for their near losses on fluke plays

I'm not going to bitch about it right now because I believe they gave themselves an out with Bama and LSU on the docket this weekend, but it is hard to take these rankings seriously with Bama 6 spots ahead of Florida.

There is hardly any criteria where Bama is superior to UF at this point in the season. Basically, if you can use every argument they would use to put Bama over ND, Baylor, TCU, etc., to put UF over Bama.

Not that I expected any other result, but the CFP Playoff committee continues to be about the "eye test" and big name programs more than anything else.

No different than the basketball committee

UCLA getting an at-large bid last year was a travesty.

Excellent job by the committee, those are definitely the 4 best teams right now.

I hate this kind of talk. It matters a great deal because it speaks to the integrity of the committee. Sure UF is in if they win out, but this is the first chance for us to see what the committee thinks, and it is obvious they're fricking clueless.

Every point of credibility they gain for having Baylor and TCU at 6 and 8, they lose by having Bama @ 4 with UF @ 10. IDC where you put Bama and UF, as long as UF is ahead of Bama.

It is truly a crock of shite that they care about the rankings of a team when the game was played. It is obvious the committee gave Bama much more credit for beating #7 UGA and didn't give a shite that UF beat an unranked Georgia. The fact that UGA was severely overrated shouldn't benefit Bama just because they got the first crack at UGA.

Ok UF does have better argument but these rankings are pointless. Only one that matters is the one at the end. So I don't see why people are getting worked up about it.

His subtle troll that Bama "shouldn't be in the top 4 until they play LSU" was subtle.

Come on man. Yet Bama is somehow getting credit for a loss and two near losses?

Bama didn't pull a win out of their arse on a miracle play like TCU and Michigan State did

With that being said I think if TCU wins this weekend they will vault into the Top 4.
