63.5 eFG% LOL
127 ORtg LOL (Michaels highest ever was 125 and lebrons was 122)
101 DRtg

You should look at the ridiculousness of his FG attempts and FG%.

His last season being injury-prone ('11-'12) -> Today
0-3 FT: 10.8% -> 21.1% (INCREASED by 95.4%)
3-10 FT: 10.1% -> 9.4%
10-16 FT: 8.1% -> 5.0%
16FT<3PT: 30.1% -> 9.2% (DECREASED by 69.4%)
3PT: 40.9% -> 55.2%

0-3 FT: 56.3% -> 69.9%
3-10 FT: 26.7% -> 46.8%
10-16 FT: 29.2% -> 48.8%
16FT<3PT: 64.0% -> 49.3%
3PT: 45.5% -> 45.1%

4.1 attempts are <3ft @ 69.9% -> 2.9 made
10.8 attempts are 3PT @ 45.1% -> 4.9 made
14.9 attempts (76.4% of his attempts) are from 3pt range or within 3ft of the rim. Yet he makes a combined 52.3% of them.

For he scores 20.5 points off of those 14.9 attempts alone.

How his season ranks all-time

+12.8 Offensive Box Plus/Minus- That is on pace to shatter the all-time record of +9.8 set by Jordan in 1988.

+12.8 Box Plus/Minus- #2 all-time behind Lebron's 2009 season

.347 WS/48- That is on pace to eclipse Kareem's 1971 season of .340 WS/48 for #1 all-time.

32.6 PER- On pace to be #1 all-time

On pace for 10.3 VORP- #7 all-time

On pace for 15.8 offensive Win Shares- #9 all-time

From Strauss' most recent article: Steph in their last 4 games (Cavs, Bulls, Pacers, Spurs)

quote:

In the past four contests, Curry scored 136 points in 127 minutes, and the Warriors outscored opponents by an incredible 115 in those minutes.

He's so good that is annoying

Like he shouldn't dominate like he does. And then he goes and shits on your team and rubs it in your face.

He sold his soul to the devil or something. He's on fire.

Greatest shooter this game has EVER seen. Bar none. I defy someone to argue otherwise.

Bring me your Millers, your Birds, your Jordans, your Allens. Curry is better. And it isn't close.

Sorry, this is a bit OT, but...

While Steph is having an incredible year, Boogie Cousins' season is going widely unnoticed. I'm not sure if there has been a more dominant scoring big man since Shaq.

Not up to date stats, but another testament to Steph's greatness.

He is all alone out there on an island with how efficient he is at creating and making his own shot.

Doesn't Boogie have kind of a shitty FG% for a center?

It's not terrific, but he has commanded a tremendous amount of attention down low. He is not as physically-imposing as Shaq, but while WCS was nursing that injured finger, it was Boogie down low. Rudy Gay shifted to PF and Omri Casspi was inserted at SF, and Cousins has still made his presence felt.

Since the new year, he's averaging 34.1 points/game, 13.5 rebounds/game, 3 assists/game, 1.6 steals/game, and 1 block/game.

He can probably cut down on the turnovers, but he's commanded a whole lot of attention without much of a front court mate.

eFG% is .487, so its not bad at all. Especially when he has already shot 127 3's compared to previous of 22 total in a season.

He's really only been getting heavier minutes in the last four games. Sacramento was working him back from a finger injury that sidelined him for about a month.

Oh I know. I am just pointing out that WCS has been very good this year for a rookie (Matt Moore has him 1st team All-Rookie). They make such a good pair. Allows Boogie to play PF on offense and C on defense.
